Zoe
CEO
Zoe began her dance training at the age of five, studying a wide range of styles including Contemporary, Modern/Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Freestyle, Lyrical, Acro/Tumbling, Rock ’n’ Roll, Musical Theatre, Character, Tap, Commercial/Street, Cheerleading, Pole Fitness, and Aerial Hoop. Through her extensive training, Zoe has performed in numerous shows and competitions at prestigious venues such as Sadler’s Wells, The O2 London, the NEC Birmingham, and Birmingham Hippodrome.
Zoe continued her professional development at Buckinghamshire New University, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Dance Performance. During her time at university, she also qualified as a dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA).
Following her undergraduate studies, Zoe furthered her education at the University of Wolverhampton, where she graduated with an MSc in Dance Science. She later joined the Associated Board of Dance and British Gymnastics, enabling her to offer examinations across a variety of dance styles to her students.
Zoe began teaching professionally in 2018, working alongside multiple dance schools to deliver examination classes as well as competition and performance training. In 2019, she opened Endeavour Dance Academy in Barnt Green.
In addition to her teaching work, Zoe founded Flare Dance Productions, a platform that hosts dance competitions and performance events, providing dancers with valuable opportunities to showcase their talent and gain experience to support future careers in the industry.
In 2025, Zoe launched Dynamic Dance Collective, working closely with students to nurture their passion for dance and support their artistic and technical growth.


Tash
Teacher
Tash started training Pole Fitness in 2018 and Aerial Hoop in 2022. After falling in love with pole and aerial, Tash went on to gain her first Pole Fitness Instructor qualification in 2022, and has more recently achieved her Advanced Level Pole Fitness Instruction in 2025.
Over the years, Tash has worked on CPD by taking courses in Pole Flow, Core Strength and Stability for Pole and Aerial, Anatomy and Physiology Foundations for Pole and Aerial, and is currently working on Spinning Pole and Aerial Hoop Instruction.
In Spring 2025, Tash set up Tash M Pole Fitness in Worcestershire, where she hosts regular Pole Fitness classes and private sessions.
Tash joined Endeavour Dance Academy in September 2025 to join Zoe in teaching Pole and Hoop.
Hannah
Student Teacher
Hannah began her dance journey at the age of four, developing a strong passion for movement and performance from a young age. After taking a break from dance, she returned in 2019 to continue her training at Endeavour Dance Academy. Since her return, Hannah has trained extensively in a wide range of dance styles, demonstrating commitment and versatility through regular examinations, competitions, and performances both in the UK and abroad.
Alongside her performance experience, Hannah is now working towards her student teacher training. She assists in classes to further develop her teaching skills, gain valuable classroom experience, and deepen her understanding of dance education. Hannah is dedicated to continuing her growth as both a performer and an aspiring dance teacher.


Andreia
Assistant Student Teacher
Andreia began her dance training at the age of eight, having developed a strong passion for dance, performance, and teaching from a very young age. Her dedication to dance has driven her to continuously develop her skills and broaden her experience within the industry.
Throughout her training, Andreia has studied a wide range of dance styles, allowing her to become a versatile and well-rounded performer. She has taken part in numerous examinations, competitions, and performances, all of which have contributed to her technical ability, stage confidence, and performance quality. One of the highlights of her performance career includes performing at Disneyland Paris, an experience that further enhanced her professional performance experience.
Andreia has also successfully gained places at both Project Collective and TS Training Academies, where she continues to refine her technique, performance skills, and artistic development. Alongside her external training, Andreia is currently studying on the dance pathway at BOA, furthering her education and understanding of dance within a professional training environment.
In addition to her performance training, Andreia is working towards her student teacher qualifications. She assists in teaching classes, gaining valuable hands-on experience, developing her teaching skills, and expanding her knowledge of dance education as she works towards her goal of becoming a qualified dance teacher.
Theo
Assistant Student Teacher
Theodora began training at the age of 7, developing a strong passion for dance and performance. Over the years, Theodora has trained in a variety of dance styles and has taken part in examinations, competitions, and live performances, continually working to grow as both a dancer and performer. Theodora is currently furthering their dance education while assisting in classes to gain valuable teaching experience and student teacher qualifications. With a dedication to hard work, creativity, and inspiring others, Theodora is excited to continue developing within the dance industry.
